Mobile Number – for SMS confirmation, for communications/verification
Email ID – for user verification and for communications
Address for communication – for ticket delivery (offline booking) and to inform the family if there is an emergency
eLine does not collect any information like the IP address etc. |

Only registered users can request for
tickets to be sent by courier in case
offline booking is offered. |

What information is shared with the Bus Service Provider (BSP)? |

Passenger information that is shown on your tickets is the only information that BSP’s get. |

However, the BSP’s have the right
to verify your photo ID to check if you
are the right passenger. |
