General |

eLine Bus (eLineBus) does not own any bus or stake/share with the bus service providers (BSP). eLine does not charge the passenger for any of the services provided. eLineBus only has contractual agreements with the BSP on the ticket booking facility. |

Departure Timings |
 |
| |
The BSP will try their best to adhere to departure timings. However, the bus may arrive late at the boarding point due to heavy traffic. eLineBus requests our passengers to cooperate with BSP if such a delay occurs. |

Arriving at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time as shown in the ticket is the sole responsibility of the passenger. eLineBus is not responsible in any way if the bus leaves on schedule and passenger(s) have not boarded the bus due to late arrival. |

Passenger Identification |
 |
| |
Passengers who have purchased tickets from eLineBus are requested to show the e-ticket and proof of identity such as driver’s license, ration card, voters ID, PAN card etc. to the conductor at the time of boarding the bus. Failure to do so may result in unnecessary delay or you may not be allowed to board the bus. |

Seat Allotment |

The BSP has the right to shift the passenger’s seat if the situation so requires (especially when there are female passengers) and eLineBus requests our passengers to oblige if the situation is genuine. If there are any issues in the allotment of seats & you are not able to settle it with the BSP, please call our helpline and we will be glad to help. |

Alternate Transport Arrangements |
 |

Due to last minute breakdowns or unavoidable conditions the BSP may use an alternate vehicle or use the services of alternate BSP. Video and Air conditioning may breakdown during or prior to the journey due to technical reasons which is beyond the control of eLineBus. eLineBus requests our passengers to cooperate with the BSP under such circumstances. There will be no refund of any charges due to this unavoidable circumstance. |

Ticket Cancellation |

The ticket booked through eLineBus has to be cancelled through eLine website only. The cancellation time frame and the fees are tabulated below: |

Twelve hours or less prior to the time of travel (as shown in the bus ticket) there is no cancellation possible. However you can go to the bus start point and transfer your ticket to some other needy passenger and collect the fare from them. |

Accidents |
 |
| |
eLineBus is not responsible for delay, any loss of goods, loss of property, injuries, disability or loss of life due to accidents during the journey. |

Disputes |
 |
| |
All disputes
arising out of a transaction made on eLineBus
can be settled by following the escalation
path provided in our support page or by calling
our customer care centre at Chennai +44 65283544.
eLineBus will
do its best to resolve disputes amicably.
